Where do you deliver?

WE WILL DELIVER FROM BOSTON THROUGH THE SOUTH SHORE DOWN TO THE CAPE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEND FLOWERS OUTSIDE OF OUR AREA WE WOULD LOVE TO CONNECT YOU TO ONE OF OUR MEMBER FINE FLORISTS AROUND THE WORLD.

How will the flowers be delivered?

YOUR FLOWERS WILL BE HAND DELIVERED AND PACKAGED IN OUR SIGNATURE BROWN AND CELADON GREEN BOX AND TISSUE TIED UP WITH A RIBBON SO THAT THEY SAFELY ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION. YOUR RECIPIENT WILL BE CALLED ON THE MORNING OF DELIVERY TO ARRANGE A CONVENIENT TIME TO RECEIVE THEIR GIFT.

When do you deliver?

OUR TEAM MAKES DELIVERIES BOTH IN THE MORNING BETWEEN 10AM AND 12NOON AND IN THE AFTERNOON BETWEEN 2PM AND 4PM. WE WILL CALL YOUR RECIPIENT TO SCHEDULE THE MOST CONVENIENT TIME FOR SOMEONE TO BE AT HOME.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

WE DO OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERIES FOR ORDERS PLACED TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. FOR SAME DAY DELIVERIES PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORDER IN BY 12NOON. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MONDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERIES FOR AN INCREASED DELIVERY COST.  WE WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL OCCASION ON EITHER OF THESE DAYS. 

What if the recipient isn’t home?

IF YOUR RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED PERMISSION TO LEAVE YOUR ARRANGEMENT, WE WILL LEAVE OUR CALLING TAG AND BRING THE GIFT BACK TO THE SHOP FOR PICK UP WHILE THE SHOP IS OPEN.

What are your delivery fees?

OUR DELIVERY FEES VARY AND ARE BASED ON DISTANCE TRAVELED FROM THE SHOP TO SURROUNDING CITIES. ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE COST OF DELIVERY TO YOUR SPECIFIC ADDRESS PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. 

Can I place an order online and pick up in the store?

OF COURSE! WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU.

WHAT IF I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY ARRANGEMENT?

WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE AND CARE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR WORK AND THE PRODUCT WE CARRY.  BECAUSE OUR ARRANGEMENTS ARE PERISHABLE GOODS, ALL FRESH FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. REFUNDS FOR PLANTS ARE ON A CASE BY CASE DETERMINATION. IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH THE ARRANGEMENT OR PLANT, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS SO THAT WE CAN WORK WITH YOU TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE.


Can I request delivery time?

YOU ARE MOST WELCOME TO REQUEST EITHER A MORNING OR AFTERNOON DELIVERY TIME. EXACT TIMES ARE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE AND WE WOULD NOT WANT TO DISAPPOINT EITHER YOU OR YOUR RECIPIENT, WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER TWO WINDOWS FOR DELIVERY.

Do you charge sales tax?

YES, WE ARE OBLIGATED TO CHARGE THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE SALES TAX ON ALL ITEMS WE CREATE AND SEND OUT THROUGH OUR STORE. PURCHASES MADE WITH CONSIDER THE LILIES AND FULFILLED THROUGH OUR MEMBER FLORISTS ARE NOT CHARGED A SALES TAX.
