Delivery policies

Our minimum for delivery is $85.00, which is a nice size for a desk or bedside table. An order of $125 or more makes a more dramatic presentation with unique accents or a special vase.

We deliver throughout the South Shore of Boston five days a week during regular business hours. We must receive your order by 12 pm for same-day delivery. In the event we are unable to reach your recipient we will not leave the order due to weather conditions UNLESS we have specific instructions from you, the sender, to do so.

We make every attempt to contact the recipient by phone and then attempt delivery. If the recipient is not reachable we will leave a card letting them know we have a delivery for them and to contact us at their earliest convenience to arrange a pick-up or second delivery. ANY DELIVERY AFTER THE SECOND ATTEMPT WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FEE. We do our best to accommodate specific deliveries at specific times of the day, but cannot guarantee it.
